This report ensures both the landlords and tenants interests are protected throughout the tenancy, as our comprehensive inventory reports list each and every item from the front door to the back garden and everything in between. We can produce a detailed report on the condition of the property at any time during a tenancy. Compiling an unbiased third party report reflecting how the property is being looked after by the tenants and highlighting any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

The check out takes place at the end of the tenancy. The report is compiled using the observations from the original inventory check in. Any changes in condition or discrepancies will be recorded. End of tenancy meter readings taken and all keys from the tenant handed back to the clerk and logged. We will also acquire the tenant’s forwarding address.
