At Skyline Inventories we pride ourselves on detailed, quality reports. Having worked within the residential lettings industry for a number of years, we know how important reliability and consistency is to our clients. We’ve worked both in lettings and property management and understand how tenant deposits and deposit schedules work and the importance a good detailed inventory report plays. With this in mind we have created bespoke reports our clients are more than happy with.



A detailed inventory giving a clear concise written record of all décor, furnishings, fixtures and fittings of the property for all parties. This report ensures both the landlords and tenants interests are protected throughout the tenancy, as our comprehensive inventory reports list each and every item from the front door to the back garden and everything in between. Quality photographic evidence will support all our reports.



A record of all meter readings (including serial numbers) will be noted along with all the required keys handed to the tenant, the overall condition of the property and the level of clean. 



We can produce a detailed report on the condition of the property at any time during a tenancy. Compiling an unbiased third party report reflecting how the property is being looked after by the tenants and highlighting any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.



The check out takes place at the end of the tenancy. The report is compiled using the observations from the original inventory check in. Any changes in condition or discrepancies will be recorded. End of tenancy meter readings taken and all keys from the tenant handed back to the clerk and logged. We will also acquire the tenant’s forwarding address.



We understand how time-strapped agents can be, so to make life a little easier we can offer to pick up keys for the property and cut extra sets for the tenants before the start of the check in.
